Is it worth to buy a new computer for 3D?

Since it seems my computer doesnt support 3D and its a laptop,obviously i cant upgrade my graphic card, im just wondering if its worth to buy a new computer just to see the 3D,or if you were me u would just stick to 2D?!

The whole 3D thing is not impressive at all IMHO. 2D looks much better.

If you can get the game to load properly on your computer and run it in 2D then I'd stick to that. 3D is useful for all those little things, like seeing the mazy runs and the good saves, but otherwise that's about it. Unless you really want to play FM09 with 3D, I wouldn't bother.

Ive got a crappy 4 year old laptop with intergrated graphics and it just about runs the 3D Match engine in Low detail!! Altho is really jerky. It doesnt look that impressive tbh. I was going to get a new laptop but i think i'll keep my money and stick to the 2D match engine

sigh i feel very disappointed i have been dreaming to watch games on 3D since I first play CM some 14 years ago and when the time finally arrives my computer doesnt support me to do so...wish i knew SI was gonna give me 3D when i buy this computer 2 years ago... =\

They are the same engine! Only different representations of it!

I think 3D is quite good but in no way imaginable would i even consider buying a completely new pc just to watch a match which can still be watched in 2d

I'm just going to go on the editor and edit some news etc. and do the main transfers and play.
