Jason_A
OK... everyone is pre-ordering '09 (myself included) but is there really any point? I'm sick of starting a game then have to do it all again because of some annoying bugs. To the team, as this years been extensively checked? Does it go through any audits? Also, when will the first patch be released and, is it even worth starting a game until at least the second patch?
Cityull
maybe there will be some but they will be sorted out in the patch. Don't buy it if you feel this way.
Ackter
You rarely have to start a new game to get the effects of patch. You can usually just apply the patch over your current game and carry on.
TomHAVFC
This is the exact worry I am facing at the moment but you can still play your game after a patch has been released and the patch will work. So in the end I have no worry at all!

I'm sick of starting a game then have to do it all again because of some annoying bugs. On November 14 when FM falls through your letter box and you unpack and install are you expecting a bug free game? If you are then you are in for a disapointment. Its inevitable that FM WILL have a few bugs because there is no such thing as a 100% bug free piece of software. I'm certain though that it won't be as bad as the unpatched FM2008 was though. Ozzy38
I buy FM when it's finished its beta testing, aka a few months after release.
Jason_A
trekman, I never said I expect a 'bug-free' game, however, as I'm sure you will agree, FM08 was pretty horrendous. Of course there will be bugs and I expect that, but I just want to see minor bugs.
