I was wondering if there was a way by which i can reduce my salary, the minimum i can ask for is 96k a week to manage Chelsea, which i'd do for 1k. I know it may seem a little trivial, but i'd like to free up the 80k for my wage budget...

You could use an in game editor e.g. FMM, otherwise there's no way to ask for a reduced wage. The higher the wage the less likely a club is to fire you btw.

Unfortunately I don't think there's anyway to do this, though you might be able to change your wages with an in-game editor.

If your Chelsea, it shouldn't harm your wage budget too much

Or next time you get a contract, sign for 5 years or whatever the maximum is, so you won't have it increased every two years.

Get rid of a couple of your highest earners that don't feature that much.

I'm trying to do a Wenger, bring through young players, and leave the club on a good financial standing, also stadium development is important. I think sometimes i feel like my wage is a bit excessive, but only because i'm a fan. I guess having a higher wage does mean i'm safer too, which helps, i had a disaster year a few seasons back, ending 7th while Kenyon took over from Abramovich, i really thought i'd get the sack!
