Harryseaess Posted October 27, 2008 Share Posted October 27, 2008 I am manager of Fenerbahce in the first season, in Turkey a team is only alowed 8 foreign players and the rest of the team must be Turkish. Turaci Onder has been at Fenerbahce for 4 seasons now and he has Turkish as his second nationality but he is still considered as one of my foreign players, why is this? Thanks.
