Arrows ?

Why are there not going to be any arrows in the new fm 09 ? how will you tell your player to cut inside or tell a midfielder to track back as a defensive midfeilder and so on.will there be a different feature to do this ? because a right and left midfeilder can cut inside and a central midfeiler can drop back or run into an attacking midfeilder role ?? will you still manage to do this in the new football manager ?
