if it hasnt been sorted for the game itself,it needs sorting in a patch-im sick of constantly wanting to make changes,yet having to wait 3-4 minutes for them to happen,despite the opposition being able to make their changes before me and the ball going out of play numerous times-real life if you signal you want to make a change,it generally happens the next time the ball is out of play,that should be reflected in the game,rather than having to wait 3-4 minutes to make them and the opposition being allowed to make theirs when the ball goes out,yet making me wait even longer for no actual reason

I have FM 07 not 08 but they do it in 07.

What would be even cooler and a nice little touch would be seeing that in 3D!

I hate when a player has a minor injury and you want to sub him, you make the change on the tactics screen but his injury worsens before the ball goes out! Usually star striker out for 2 months!

For sure, or when you are holding a slender advantage coming into the last 10 minutes of the game and the opposition hit the trusting 4-2-4 button! So you pause, hit tactics, mmake your changes, confirm, play and have to wait for 5 game minutes until your team do as you ask. In the meantime, your couteractive tactics are not being employed and the opposition run riot.

that is just a cosmetic effect on the game, kinda useless overall.

I agree too. I have lost games, drawn games and lost players to long term injury because of not being able to switch tactics next time ball goes out of play. Five minutes is a loooooooong time.
