This is a good idea but I can see why some players would oppose it (i.e. quite alot of players pick their team on form and therefore don't play the same team week in, week out). But I believe that it would be a good feature that could be used by players if they want to .

don't see why not, and don't see why there should be any issues with it - I don't imagine you'd HAVE to use it... just like you don't HAVE to save or even make your own training schedules.

You can. On the actual squad menu on the bottom left it says save selection.

Never used it so guessing it works.

can you not remember your best eleven? surely its not that hard. I can understand saving the best tactics, but squad selection not.

You can save team selections. Go into your squad Bottom left > Team Selection > Save.

I use the save selection function quite alot, saves lots of time if you have a big squad or youngsters in the reserve team you like to bleed in small games.

i find it useful when i beat chelsea 4-0 and i want to do the same again!

I've done this for a while. You can save as many selections as you like. I give them names like "First team" or "League Cup" or "Inferior team", and sometimes as the formations they best suit like "5-3-2" etc.

I always use this. Usually have 1st team, 2nd team and youth team.

I only started using this recently but it is great that I can switch between my league and cup line-ups without having to actually change everyone round.
