CA and PA

Would a player be more likely to improve more if they had a current ability of 200, and a potential ability of 200 or if they had got the same stats as the first player but had a lower current ability.

if a player has a CA of 200, and a PA of 200, then they're not going to improve at all.

so does that mean a player with amazing stats but a low current ability will improve even more if they have a high potential ability

Theoretically yes but players with a low current ability dont often get amazing stats..

if you give a player all 20 stats, then set his CA as 150 and his PA as 200, his stats in the game wont come out as all 20 because that wouldn't be equal to the 150 CA you have given him.
