I've always wanted to play in leagues from the likes of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Jamaica, Nigeria etc so I was wondering will they include these leagues for FM09? One other question completly off topic does anyone have any good sites where to get the squad rosters of these leagues from? Also seem to remember Miles saying in the youtube videos about the 51 nations in the game, in which case it won't have changed from 2008, although the database has increased to 350,000 players, which is quite impressive. As for the clubs not having sites, there's not really much you can do. Have you tried Wikipedia? Although I don't know how up to date they would be, even if they did have squad lists.
