A pro zone type thing

This may of come up before but I would have thought everyone would welcome this feature.

Even if its not that full on, just like the thing you get in the papers now, telling you where the player touched the ball on the pitch.

This would be an amazing addition and, I would imagine, not that compliacted to implement.

It wouldn't have to be avaliable for every player, just your team, and there would not be a need to keep every seasons games stored, just the previous game.

I just wonder what the reason is why this has never been added? I assume it must have been thought about by SI. Even pro evo and Fifa have manage to have this in the game.

I think a poll for this suggestion is fair. Then perhaps SI would give some feeback.

It would be good to have stats on how a player performs in a match. It would help with who to pick for the next game.

Yeah I'd like to see something similar to Prozone in future FMs.

I wouldn't be opposed to ProZone coming in. However, if I was to answer the question exactly as it was posed, I'd have to say no. I don't think it would be that big or important.

Theres a lot of suggestions for features. Out of most of them, in terms of something quite simple but benificial, something that you could clearly see the value of, this is probably the best thing.

Id love to see pro zone style stats as im a big fan of taking my time and choosing in form players.

It would be excellent.. not that important as what is there now is good but it would be a really classy feature!

If it could go as far as tracking player movement, even better. They've added a distance coverd stat which is a great addition and is on the right lines. It just gives so much more feedback and realism when seeing where a player has been on possesion, what passes hes made etc. Every coach has this data now so you can imagine its worth.

All those views, but a small amount of votes. Hmmmm, lets stick to suggesting gimmicks instead.

Pro Zone would ask for a lot of money to be used in the game. And it won't help sales to the point that it's financially feasible.

CM have it, and it's pointless on CM.

pro zone is the single thing i like about championship manager!

Its does not have to be Pro Zone exactly. They could make their own.

TBH, i'm not that familiar with pro zone, sounds like some sort of FPS. Anyway, I am all for greater match analysis depth. It can only help the game.

Do you get opposition stats with prozone?

i thin it would be good if you as a club had to pay for it as you do in reality so a blue square prem club forinstance wouldnt be able to use it what are your thoughts

FM is already at borderline saturation point with the detail level in the tactics, if they added all the prozone stuff, it would take a month to finish a season.

Not really. I'm sure they could manage it.

I went for no, because I think there are more important things to add/improve in the game atm. I've played CM and prozone isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Yeah, but thats Pro Zone with the CM match engine which is nothing like FM's.

Could be very good, I think PES has it and its good to look at where your players been running around etc etc.. Also as a player myslef I like to watch where Ruud Van Nistelyroo is running around for 90mins and try copying his movements around the pitch ^^

I don't see there being such a drastic difference that it will suddenly become an essential part of FM. Everyone wants different things for the progression of FM and I don't think this is more important than other issues.

I like the sound of the 3d pitch and that would be a good idea Samsung (My First Post on this Forum Yeah) and if you do that then you will become a Pro:)

I really would like to hear someone from SI voice their opinion on this. I'm sure it must have been thought about previously. Just interested to hear what their thoughts are. Was it too compliacted, too expensive, not considered important, what?

there is currenly a watered down version of this, but yeh the pro zone would be great, not sure how the licensing would work or ote but that would be great.

I'd like any addition like this but I don't think it would be a huge addition, would first like to see more stats monitored around the world of FM.
