Staff Profile..

On my staff profile what sort of things do i need to do to increase my hands on approach stat? It's only 6. Tactical consisitency is 16, discipline and financial control is 20, club player loyalty 15 and domestic player bias 1 which i assume is how many home grown players you have in the first team?

There have been a lot of threads asking this. Infact I made a thread about this and a lot of people said to make your own training regimes for different players. Managing the first\reserves\under-18's teams yourself, doing team talks instead of getting the assistant to do them(which is what I do btw) should improve this stat I would have thought. I don't really worry about it though.

Domestic bias- number of players from your country or the club's country that you have signed.

You dont need to increase the stats.

They just act as numerical representations of your style of managing. Higher stats dont make you a better manager.

Arsene Wenger might have a 3 for domestic bias, but thats not a bad thing!

So dont worry about trying to increase them.
