I don't see why people come to a thread just to tell someone to search... you could just easily not go to thread. Yes there have been a lot of threads about it, but there are lots of people who are new to the forums 15 posts would suggest that this guy is new don't know these things. Cut him some slack. I made a similar point but the counter-points were that it pushes the more interesting threads further down and that it was either 'irritating' or 'annoying'.
