New user > Click on country > select the U21 squad you want to manage > Click take control. I'm not sure if you can apply to become U21 manager though. Socdk Posted October 14, 2008 Share Posted October 14, 2008 If you're managing a national team and want to control your youth sides, make sure that you don't have any U19/U21 managers.
