I have started a new game with southampton and trying to get them all what do I have to do.

No Transfer Windows

This means that you can make transfer all year round without waiting for the Summer and January transfer window. Unlocked by selling loads of players and making a big profit. If you are Stockport County say, then 1 or 2 million is enough, for Chelsea or Man Utd, you need to make over 100 million in the transfer window.

Sugar Daddy

A russian businessman buys your club, and injects million of pounds into your team, giving you a large transfer and wage budget. unlocked by getting around 3500 manager points in at least 3 years. Approximatly, winning the Treble 2 or 3 times.

No Work Permits

If you buy a player from outside Europe, they need a work permit, and have to have certain criteria to get one. This removes the need for work permits so you can buy as many young brazilians as you want. Unlocked by buying approx 70 players who require a work permit.

Place On The Board

If you are a success and win lots of trophies, and have been at a club for at least 10 years, you can get a place on the board, which means you will NEVER be sacked. So, you could do well for 10 years, then get relegated down to the Blue Square Conference and not get the sack. Awesome!

International Management

Win a major tournament, such as Euro Championships or World Cup and unlock international management, where at the start of a game, instead of just choosing from clubs, you can choose to start as manager of England or Spain or whatever international team you want that is available.
