I've taken over clubs that have 3 goalkeeping coaches and only 2 outfield coaches! 1 of those goalkeeping coaches is usually a demon at at training various outfield stats (according to his attributes), crap at coaching goalkeepers, but refuses to sign on as a general coach instead! If you have any more I would suggest offering them mutual termination.
