Evertonbloke
Can anyone confirm or deny that we will be able to set player specific tactics rather than just the position specific tactics that we can now?
ahmufcwafc
I'm not sure but I hope so. It's really annoying having to change a player's specific tactics every time you make a change in the team. IMO this would be a great addition to FM
rekluse
I have yet to read anything talking about this feature for fm09 but I would love it, every time I sub a player in I'm forced to change his personal settings. So annoying that for subs I use very often I have tactics set for them so I can just change the overall tactic which is exactly the same as the one before except for the subs specific settings. Evertonbloke
Someone suggested it a while back and I just thought it was brilliant. I really hope we can as it would really improve the game for me, bring on the demo!

Glad to hear that someone brought it up before. Hopefully SI took notice of this & included it in FM09
Red Right Hand
Yes, great idea. I usually have players for different situations ie, for the left wing position I'll have a flamboyant, high flair, attacking player and a more hard working, defensive type of player. It would be great to assign them instructions personally rather than having to change them every time I make a substitution.
