Ginger Posted October 9, 2008 Share Posted October 9, 2008 Do you think that there should be an option for briefing a substitute when making a change? Similar to the 'team talks' - subs could be told to 'go out and impress' or 'enjoy the chance to play'. (Obviously more options as well) I just feel a little detached when making a change as you can't really give that player a 'team talk' if he comes on for the last 10 mins. Any thoughts?
