Stooper
What is the best way to help a player get over this? I've got three regular first teamers with it and it worries me that it's affecting confidence/morale..

NCFC Gee
During team talks say 'pressure is off'
atonement
also, if you can afford to, rest them for a couple of games or stick them on the bench sometimes players can cope with it though
Wee Aja
Perhaps in media comments you should be more pragmatic (if that's the right word to use). Say you "don't expect to win" or are "just looking for a good performance". Then in team talks tell the lads the "Pressure is off", give individual talks to said players that "you have faith" or that "there is no pressure on you today". Things like that may help, I've never had to deal with that myself but it's an educated guess. This is where man-management in the game helps. Neji
I find that either changing their team talks, like said above or drop them to the reserve for a few games. That is if you have the strength in depth to do so.
