You cannot buy any new players 2. cannot sell any players 3. can use sugar daddy to keep players at the club 4. can loan out players 5. As its a small squad you can loan player in if you get short 6. 442 formation. Will play this tonight! yeah you would have being but you arent technally a first team player as their are two centre midfielders before you and thought it was a bit unfair to make you captain . The first eleven was there so those players would be slightly better than the subs and reserves. So its fine to play yourselve every match if you want. If that makes sense.
