Most fun teams to be

I'm gonna start a new game after great ones with Bury and Man City.

I wondered who u guys find is the most fun team to play with and dosent get boring.

I heard Athletico is a good game but i'd like some advice on your most enjoyable teams.

I find a lot of teams get boring after a couple of seasons

Arsenal's quite fun, if you set the rule that you can't spend more than 10M or something like that. they have a brilliant squad and a promising youngster for pretty much every position, so bargain hunting and youth development is the name of the game!

I think a low placed team in the Scottish 3rd division is a fun game.

East Stirling or something like that, because you can't get relegated and you're not expected to win promotion; it's almost like cheating.

i love worcester city...in the blue square north. just get linked up to a prominent parent club and then let the loans come in. i won the league on my first ry and am now in the blue square premier....hopefully i can take them into the league!

Man City isn't fun IMO

You could use an updated database and then use FMRTE to deduct them 30 points and then you can try on FM08.

I had one of my most fun games with Cadiz in Spain.

IMO, the best thing to do is select a handful of nations and start unemployed. Take the first job that you get offered.

Iv got to say Leeds United (Biased opinion of course) but they start with -15 which makes the first season quite hard to catch up with the rest of the teams but quite do able with good investments to the first team!

Most important is picking a team that is set up how you like to play. For instance, don't pick a team without a reserves or 'B' squad if you tend to sign a lot of players. Don't pick a team with low reputation if you like to sign big talents. Don't pick a team in a league with low reputation if you want to dominate CL with all the best players, etc.

Know the league you are signing onto. Some of the foreign player restrictions can take you by surprise a month in.

Other than that, I'd suggest that almost any team can be immensely fun.

Newcastle will be the team to be in FM09 . Small squad , high expectations , Some top players in Given , Owen , Martins , Gutierrez etc

Bath City. I wonder if Tristan Plummer will be as good in FM09. Its also a real bummer that Jarman plays for Grimsby. Totally ruins LLM.
