How many?

What's the most number of players anyone has ever bought on FM? As i think i could be about to break all records.

Well what's your record? mines not guna be very big, i tend to try and bring youth players into the first team.

It's a bit of a how long is a piece of string question since some people have played games lasting 50 years. I'd imagine you sign quite a few players when you play that long!

1317 players in a 40 year career.

But it got to the stage where I had so much money that I used to buy about 25 youngsters in each transfer window for whatever price.

They were all bought in my first season. For the next 39 years I kept the same team.

Sure you did and you kept playing the same players year in year out until they retired? You didn't buy 25 youngsters each transfer window for whatever price?

Hmm at the moment anyway i have bought 98 Youth players in my first season for chelsea

140 or so is about the max I've ever brought in in a season. It gets totally unrealistic and tiresome. I do wish, in a fantasy sort of way, that we could start 'B' teams and perhaps full teams/academies in our own or other countries as the game progressed. Though it would mean playing several teams at once it could be interesting.

I've signed 94 players thus far.
