kevinM182
does it make any difference if you you give the team talk as a whole or give each player an individual talk?
wardog
depends you could have a very good overall performance say majority of the team at 8's and one at 5. Id praise the team and be angry at the 5.
Ched
it depends on the player, how the match is going, how the team is performing, what you did in the last few team talks etc etc etc etc Basically it would be hard to give a general "yes" or "no" answer to your question, there are too many factors that control what happens during a team talk. So, if you said your base Team Talk was "Well Done", but then gave "Delighted" to eight players ... it would re-interpret that as a base Team Talk of "Delighted" with "Well Done" given to the other three players.
