iamweesel
1.Have more staff roles-Nowadays,clubs have so many staff people working, not the Director of Football etc,but the Sports Psychologist and many more coaching roles such as Nigel Winterburn being Blackburn's Defensive Coach. How would this do in FM 2.Contractable Staff-When Sven Goran Eriksonn came to Manchester City,it included Hans Backe. Why not have this in FM.Say my backroom staff, has grown to love me,I'm leaving the club and going,so i'll ask the board to put them in my contract PS:I know, our staff can move with us,but sometimes it takes a bit longer to find a job,and by that time they usually join other clubs,so thats what I'm Talking bout. Also if I'm bored of title contenders, and then join relegation candidates, then the staff wont be interested So how are they
FM_returner
I like both ideas. Directors of Football should play a bigger role.
