There's no serious FIBA Managers, even NBA Managers for PC today. Believe me, this is a great business for SIGames. Well...back in 2000, there was a PCFútbol (Spanish manager, old days) "spin-off" Real Madrid-based. You could only play with Real Madrid and you coulnd't sign any player. You were only the coach.
