Where should I pre-order FM09 from?

What places/websites do you reccomend that I pre-order FM09 from? I want them to be reliable so that the game is at my door on release day and as cheap as possible.

Hopefully GAME will go down in price alot of there games usually do before release, also I've got £20 of points saved up.

I can't see it going below £25 on game, it never has done in the past. Anyway, if he had a load of game points saved up he wouldn't be here asking for another site to order from, he'd use game

i dont get why people cant just get £30 together and pay it. its not alot tbh for a game you will play constantly. i know you want it cheaper but i would jus pay the little bit more and get it from play or tesco where i know it will arrive within 2 days of realease.

I would like to echo his question, actually. I'm in the US right now and I don't know how I'll pre-order it effectively...

I live in Hong Kong and it takes 1 week after the release date to be here in the local shops But they sell at only around $320 (around 23 British Pounds)

get it from gameplay.co.uk you get it on the day of release or 1 day early

I personally always use Shopto.net, they haven't let me down in getting the game to me on or before release date for the past 2 years.

yes i have bills too, and too many of them at that. but £12 is really not alot just do an hours overtime at work, or dont treat the kids to that sky box office film that they won't shut up about lol.

The hut is reliable, I don't order from sites unless I've heard good things. Anyway it's a redundant point now seeing as they put the price back up

play.com all the way, they have free delivery and always deliver a day earlier than release date in my experience.

my girlfriends graduation on release day, so wont get a chance to play in until the following tuesday. therefore ordered with the hut as i can live with it being a few days late if thats the case!

I'll keep my eyes peeled on this forum (as in previous years its been on the shelfs before the release date),jump in the car and head to meadowhall to buy it from one of the few computer shops there.That way I can be sure I'm playing it the first day its out.

They can't charge you extra once you order something. But yes they can cancel it

Play.com always on time/early and barely had a problem with them in years... There was one time where they decided to send me a used Mario Kart game with writing on the box which didn't work despite me ordering a brand new one.. but they did give me a discount on the game after and on the whole they provide great service.

I can confirm that you will pay the price that was advertised when you placed the order.

Gameplay so messed up my order last time round (I got it here in Canada about 3 weeks after the official release date) that I've changed away from them after many years. This time I ordered it from the official site.

The previous year I got it from BlahDVD for 26pounds with no problem..

There is no pre-order yet available from them..

i must admit this year i will use play.com.... used another site last year came to me 4 days after release..... being a postman i have clicked on that with play.com any game always gets delivered on the day of release or like last year a day early!!!

I've ordered it from Play, may not be the cheapest but I know I can rely on Play to get the game on the day of release. £30.

I'll probably use Play this year. Usually, I have ordered from Gameplay, but the last few orders from them have taken longer then I would expect so I think I'll give them a mss this time round.

I'll go with amazon this year.

I have amazon prime, so will receive it on the day of release, at work.

Plus if the price goes down from the current £30 they'll reduce the price. You always pay the lowest price the game has been since the date you pre order it with Amazon... Which is nice.

edit: If i had a game shop on the way home from work i'd take no risks and pick it up in person.

Thanks for all the input guys. Play seems like it may be the way to go for reliability eventhough it isn't the cheapest.

I think there are quite a few people selling pre-orders for it on ebay so would look there if you want to pay via paypal.

I have to say I use Amazon for pretty much everything, except new versions of FM, which I get from play.com.

Amazon delivered the new copy of FM (I think it was FM2005) a couple of days after release date, wheras play have always been on or before release date.
