mezzair
With myfootballclub.co.uk and Ebbsfleet United is there going to be a special case for this team in terms of the management for FM2009?
Moaner
i was wondering this as well...because if it were exactly like real-life, you wouldn't be able to sign players without a vote- you wouldn't be able to sell players without a vote. you couldn't even pick your X1 without a vote. mind you, IRL even managers in the Premier league have to consult the board before buying/selling etc so this may be left out in ebbsfleet's case too. DietSpam
It's http://www.myfootballclub.co.uk What features do you think they should have?
mezzair
So I can safely assume that this club will be treated like a normal one if you where managing it.
N^G
maybe it would be useful for future editions of FM if, when negotiating your contract with a club, you could negotiate your managerial powers in regards to conducting transfers? That way you can have teams like ebbsfleet who'se board at the start of the game (it could change on a club takeover) won't employ anyone who doesn't cede that responsibility to them.
