backpackant Posted September 3, 2008 Share Posted September 3, 2008 The "right" way: wait until a vacancy comes up and apply. You have to keep an eye on the "jobs" page, though. You can filter it to show whose jobs are insecure so you know if it's likely to happen soon or not. The "cheat" way: sign on as a new manager, insert him as manager of the nation you would like, then retire immediately. Then apply as your main manager.
