Poor Morale

Is it possible to get a good performance out of a player whose morale is poor? Is it better to play a player who may not be as good but whose morale is better?

I've always left out a player when their morale is low but I'm intersted in other opinions.

i dont see why not... i certainly wouldnt be leaving them out just because low morale. if he's playing carp, then fair enough. he could be played, but given encouraging team-talks, telling him "you have faith" etc. i would have thought leaving him out is only going to lower his morale even more!

Leaving a player with low morale out wil probably only make their moral worse, whereas playing them and them maybe getting a goal or an 8 rating will give them a boost.

I never take morale into account when Im playing a match...and most of the time everyone has the same morale like all superb or all very poor
