English Clubs 08-09 Problems

I have updated the game database to reflect the up-to-date english leagues for the 08-09 season from English Prem to Conf North & South, (ie Hull in prem etc), but for some reason once i have updated this, i cant select the english league on a new game. Have i done something wrong with editing the teams to cause this?

You probably have the incorrect number of teams in one of the english leagues.

Yeah, you'll have forgotten to relagate someone or promote someone.

All of the English leagues that you've loaded matter.

have also changed the last position/last division? this will also cause it to have issues.

all levels matter, not just the playable. All lower disivions have a minimum number of clubs they must have in them. I recomend creating a few clubs with very low rep and putting them in the lower divisions. should help.

Set the teams relagated from the next division below the BSN/S to "A Lower Division".

Thanks for the replies, it is working now, i amended the lower leagues to make sure they had enough teams in them and it worked.
