thursday 12 july

Tom Mills has just confirmed that 20 year old cristian zapata and 24 year old vincent enyeama have arived at anfield today for a medical in what could be a combined 13 million pound buy for new manager Tom mills and he had this to say: zapata is still young and has plenty to learn but he will be good as i hopefully will play him with agger as caragher may go to his rb position as rafinha (one of my main targets) went to man utd and enyeama is also a decent keeper and will be sharing games with reina as the number 2 at anfield and i think 13 million to boost my defense up is cheap and worthwhile thankyou

A story thread needs some effort put in not just.

july roundup:

liverpool manager tom mills has given his thoughts and the round up of july:

firstly of the transfers made that i havent commented about i think david bentley is a fine acusision and he is quite young so has many lierpool years ahead of him. fabio aurelio got sold because i dont think i need him in my plans now or for the future and voronin got sold because udinese offer a large amount that i couldnt resist it and i am hoping to get gareth barry as he can play enywhere in midfield and even in defence if needed but the price villa want is quite high andit may take a while for us to get a deal.

matches played

frendlies:

1-0 v benfica (torres)

4-0 v blakpool (babel, lonso, agger and torres

the friendlies so far are quite pleasing as we have shown that we can use 451 to a good ffect
