Try updating your Java as below:

How to Update your version of Java

1. Uninstall any version of Java you have first.

2. Visit this website: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

3. Find the correct version for your Operating system and download/install from here.

If that does not work try updating your graphics drivers as below.

How to Update your Graphics Drivers

This depends on your graphics drivers.

Some Computer manufacturers insist you download drivers from their own sites. Please refer to the website of your computer manufacturer before reporting issues with graphics drivers.

Here are the websites of the largest graphics cards and chipset manufacturers:

Nvidia (Gforce/Legacy)

http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk

ATI (Radeon)

http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

Intel (Onboard Chipsets)

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/

There are other manufacturers of graphics card drivers. If you can not find drivers for these cards they may have been discontinued. Please ask in this case as we may still be able to help.

Let me know if you get it working. :)

how would i find out what download is with my system?

Do you know what operating system you have? Right-click on my computer and choose properties. Your operating system should be listed on the right hand side under system.

This is how you find out what graphics card you have:

  1. Click "Start."
  2. On the "Start" menu, click "Run."
  3. In the "Open" box, type "dxdiag" (without the quotation marks) , and then click "OK."
  4. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens. Click the "Display" tab.
