Managers Nationalities

With players being able to gain nationalities after playing in a certain amount of time...

Are you able to gain nationalities yourself???

i think you just gain knowledge from that country, like a scout does, no way to take on that nationality though i dont think

I usually take double nationality French/Irish and usually play Nottm Forest for years. I've never once been offered English nationality.

I doubt it's possible in the game. To be fair, how many managers change nationality IRL?

I also think it is not needed for a manager, as far as I know foreign manager can work in EPL and do not need a WP (like Felipe Scolari, I did not read anywhere something about his WP to become Chelsea manager), but players do need a WP, to by pass this they would like to gain a second nationality so they can move around the EU more easily, but since I am Dutch I not 100% sure on this.

i think thats pretty close to being right. there doesnt seem to be a need for any staff to have wp's any more, only players. i know in earlier versions of the game, you couldnt sign some staff as they didnt get wp's, but its not the case now. therefore, there's no need/benefit from managers taking other nationalities
