John Swarbrick
Say you filter out 2 coaches who both have 7 stars in a particular training regime. Say they both have 7 stars for attacking coaching. One coach has a 'World class' or a 'Continental' reputation, and the other has a 'Local' reputation. Say the world class coach has other attributes like motivation, or determination, or adaptability, and the local coach just has straight forward bog standard 18 attack coaching and 18 tactical or technical or whatever it is. Will the world class coach give better training, or both the same?
outlaw640
The world class coach will be respected more by the players, and this will lead to better training. (or so common sense would say, feel free to prove me wrong)

r0x0r
I'd prefer to think it wouldn't happen. I'm the manager. If the players don't respect ALL my coaches equally, and judge them on their abilities, not their name, they can find a new club.
