GIGGSisGOD Posted August 27, 2008 Share Posted August 27, 2008 does anyone know what to do when a player has the slight concern 'worried about managerial discipline' wot does it actually mean and is there a remedy. also when a player has a slight concern 'doesnt think your giving the team enough credit' ne remedies or explanation what this actually means? nots Posted August 27, 2008 Share Posted August 27, 2008 does anyone know what to do when a player has the slight concern 'worried about managerial discipline' wot does it actually mean and is there a remedy.also when a player has a slight concern 'doesnt think your giving the team enough credit' ne remedies or explanation what this actually means? the first one usually means that you fined someone when you dont normally fine your team or the otherway round (you dont fine someone when everyone else in your team is fined for small things) the second one is to do with team talks. Pretty much, never let ur assman take control of team talks after the game as he always seems to make players get concerned for me. try to judge people on their performances for example if you win easily, tell the players they did well and maybe a couple of stand out performers as 'delighted'. If you just won the game narrowly and you were easily favourites either say dissapointed, did well or nothing at all depending on your assesment on the match.
