retraining

if i retrain my best 16 yr old players to play in other positions so tht i will have not only good but versatile players will this slow down there learning?

It does affect their learning. At least that is the word around here. Position training takes up CA because the new positions' core attributes can 'cost' more consequentially, which makes sense. Although overall that it costs development seems a bit odd.
