Transfer window extended so how will this effect FM2009?

I know that nothing official has been released about FM2009 but I am curious about one thing that I hope SI can answer. I have just read on the BBC Sport website that the transfer window in Scotland, England, Italy, Germany & The Netherlands has been extended until 1st September. While 24 hours is not a lot I would like to know how or even if this will have any effect on any news that SI are planning to release?

I'm sure that this will be included in FM09, if not in the first version I'm sure it'll be in the game by the time the first patch is released.

tbh i cant see as it really makes a difference to fm, as it doesnt treat sundays the same way as we do irl

They did that because end of August is a Sunday, right? Being a Sunday(as far as I know) it never affects things in FM, so I don't see it being a big deal if it's included or not. Lot higher priority things IMO

After thinking about it a bit more, which is something I probably should have done before stating a thread, I dont think there will be any need release a patch or include this in the game unless its a permanent thing and the article I read doesnt suggest that it is permanent. At the end of the date this is only a data issue and shouldn't really stop si from showing\telling us about any new features or put back the release data should it?

iirc it has only been done for this year, because of 31/08 falling on a sunday. and no, hopefully it shouldnt delay anything!
