Thebaker Posted August 25, 2008 Share Posted August 25, 2008 I'm wondering what makes for good staff, I know what attributes are needed to get 7 stars in coaching but is it simply the different attributes or does ca play a part? e.g would a 20 fitness coach with ca of 70 be better than a coach with 16 fitness and a ca of 120. What influence does ca and pa have on coaches, with players a higher ca would indicate a better player even if their atttributes are inferior.
