Opinion's, Needed on match results

I really need some advice in knowing what i should may be change in the way i approach games.

Last season i finished 5th With Ipswich in the EPL, The thing that bugs me is all this match odds garbage. playing in the EPl this season i can't hit a barn door, im going ot be fighting with relegation soon. playing in cups and in uefa cup im doing fine.

Iv tried changing tactics, but all i ever see on the match days is shots been taken at my goals with to many flying in from all over the shop.

my team were solid last year and i doen well. how can match odds make my team turn rubbish..?

it doeasnt matter if im favorute to win or underdogs i get the same outcome..

I dont even know what to do or where to look.. i find to many winning teams win games from having less of the ball than other teams, surly quality should count for somthing?
