Will the board renew my contract?

I'm in my second year in charge of Man United and through each confidence update they give me, they're "satisfied".

In my first year I managed to win the Community Shield and the Champions League and finished runners up in the league.

So far this year (I'm in March currently) I've only won the Club World Cup... and it looks like I won't finish higher than 4th in the league - maybe 3rd if I'm lucky. I'm still in the FA Cup and Champions League however.

I know the board says they expect me to win the League in the "two-year plan"... but is it a requirement to get my contract renewed? And is them being "satisfied" with me enough as well?

thanks for the answers, also philly flyer - how would I ask for a contract? (sorry i'm a bit of a newbie at this game:))

The reason I'm asking is mainly because in the original patch 8.0.0 -with Manchester United I won the Premiership my first year and the League Cup my second year yet they did not renew it! I was gutted!

Ive uninstalled it but I think theres an option to speak to the board, it might be in board confidence, its where you ask for better training facilities or more transfer money.
