frank_olaf
This has happened to me a few times on the recent FM's, I win big in the first leg of a Champions league tie, this time 4-1 vs real madrid in madrid, then the second leg the other team goes on a scoring rampage and win the tie, Real scored 4 goals in the first 36 mins and won the tie 5-4. I am Arsenal by the way. Has anybody else experienced this more than once?
megafan2005
yes but i snuck a win on away goals most of the time try playing a different tactic because they will be playing a very attacking brand of football to try score and get through and your tactic is presumably playing to their strenghts
garf
i have this often, basincally in all two leg games, i had a shocking play-off game that i won when i lost the first leg 6-1 and then won the second leg 6-1 and won on pens, happy days
jod123
Did you play a different tactic? Go more defensive for the 2nd leg and do your best, through media interaction and team talks, to make sure your team does not become complacent.
Moaner
this is kind of similar to when you are winning say 4-0 at half time in a match and in the second half the other team always come back strong. its to do with tactics and partially team talks i believe. another observation is sometimes say in a friendly against a very small team, you could be winning 6-0 at half time and then fail to score any in the second half.
