Board Confidence

Basically, I'm managing Hull.

1st Season - Promoted to Premiership.

2nd Season - Avoided relegation.

3rd Season - In the top 5 so far.

The board are still saying I should be performing better? What more can I do? I'm signing new players etc.

Any advice?

Don't pay too much attention to it mate, the confidence system is very flawed and I just ignore it for the most part, there really isn't much more you can do that you aint already doing, so it's just being buggy, like I said, kinda useless system at the mo

Yeah, I did this before and they didn't renew my contract so started again.

Well you in 3rd season now, so you got one renewal out the way, just a matter of doing what they ask you to do at the start of the season and it shouldnt be too much of an issue, but it can be a little bit pot luck sometimes I'm afraid

What patch are you on? You are more likely to get sacked or not have your contract renewed on 8.0.0 version due to confidence than on the patched version.

if you're not on 8.02 then i would suggest downloading it from here and it should help. im not saying itll fix it completely, because it wont, but i thinkt hey tweaked it a little bit in the last patch... dont pay much attention to what the board are saying anyway, we all know most of the directors are muppets!
