does anyone know you can manage under 21's

i was manager of northern irsland under 21's.plus in fm 09 i would like to see the likes of andy gray talking during the game.plus a new item thing which tells you of all the big money takeover of clubs as sometimes when i look for a new club i look at who the chairman is to see if he is like from russia with loads of money.

yes i was manager of the under 21's i added manager to the senoir team to get that job but never got it when i retired the manager i added to get it for my own manager so when i added a manager again i had him offer me a job with the under 21's to see if it could work.
