Good Idea for FM09

I understand that players attributes will drop as they get older, but take Dion Dublin for example - when he joined Norwich in real life their morale was boosted and he was the best player who had been there in years, despite his age.. on FM he was just awful to be honest

So, perhaps old players in the game should be more eager to join lower leagued clubs, and make a bigger impact on them also? I'd certainly see that as a good idea..

Although it's almost definitely a bit late to things in, I'd hope to see this in FM09. It is something that happens IRL and I'd like to sign old famous players to play for me.

Paul Furlong was another one who played well until he was 38, the trouble is player stats drop too much meaning just about all players over 33-34 are worthless once you get a couple of years in the game.

On past versions of FM, I've signed older players for smaller clubs and been chuffed with their performances. Not so on FM08. Very disappointing.

This is definitely something that needs looking at.

It was always a key feature for me in LLM - a few old heads with that bit of skill made quite a difference.
