Is there a way to expand your database size once youve created a game?

Hello. I was wondering, as a long time player of Football Manager, if there is a way once I have started a game to expand the database size. I have been playing with Celtic FC for almost a year now ( in real life time) and am up to the Summer of 2012. I wanted to know if I can add the database size to include countries like Spain, Italy, the United States, Russia, ETC so that I might be able to apply for jobs there? If there is any possible way of doing this, I would gladly appreciate any information on doing so. Thank you.

Otherwise I am stuck with Scotland, Ireland, and England. lol. (Not a bad thing, just I would like more options.)

damn that really sucks, I wonder why they never had this kind of feature?

it might be because if you were to turn on the large DB after say 10 years it would have to spend a while working out all the players and attrbiutes as you wouldnt want them to be the same as they were in 200x. it is a bit of a shame though.
