SCIAG
Never seen that before. The lowest I've had is "Adequate"

phnompenhandy
Can you still hire a coach then? He can lead them on a jog round the block!
Swindon69
I'm hoping to generate some cash to get them started.
ScouseFromTheSouth
Worst I've had was minimal, I think.
rinso
yeah only ever seen minimal or basic.. never seen none before! congrats! (i think?!)
pelicanstuff
Does that mean the players get absolutely no training? Fantastic. Also, where is your coach going to spend his time? I wonder what the board will say if you ask for an upgrade...
Swindon69
I assume that we train on our pitch. As I currently have £34k in the bank I think it might take quite a while to find out.
pelicanstuff
must be a bug - if you look at the ground on google maps there's a sports hall next to it Or you could pop down the road to Mannheim and see if you can use their facilities..
Swindon69
The sports hall probably isn't theirs.
Arkim
The worst I've had is basic. After a few years of decent success and investments, I've improved them to "Good", though. Now if I could only have state of the art.
pelicanstuff
The sports hall probably isn't theirs. I may not have been being entirely serious...
Swindon69
Sorry - I was being a bit dense. In fairness it was early in the morning.

Management
Atleast you have a youth facility and a 30000 cap stadium.... sell it move somewhere else:P could be good if you're paying alot of rent for the stadium when you're using a percentage of it, could save some money:P
kiwityke
How can you have minimal Youth Facilities yet no training facilities, surely the first team would use the youth teams facilities if they didn't have their own?
Swindon69
My average attendance is about 750!
Swindon69
Ok this is odd - suddenly my level of training facility has gone up!
Dino M
The board has splashed out on jumpers for goal posts.
Serdar
In fact most of the teams in regional divisions do not have their own training facilities but of course this does not mean they do not train. They basically rent the facilities from the local authorities and eventually they do not have much to say nor invest about the conditions of the pitch. It is not the grass/post/bench... which makes it expensive but the land itself. From FM point of view, it would be boring to say you club has no influence on the facilities and naturally lots of players prefer to invest on facilities if they are playing a long career game with a weak team.
