n00b question

Hey, I am new to the game and would appreciate some help with a question I have,

I've been looking at threads where people have said stuff about 7 star coaches, what does this mean and how do I find out about my own coaches?

When you assign your coaches to a training schedule, they get assigned a number of stars depending on their skill at that particular schedule. There's a thread in the tactics forum here that explains exactly what attributes from your coaches are needed to achieve the number of stars for each schedule.

Best place to look is the tactics forum then search the forum for 7 star coaching and there should be something in there about what stats coaches need to get 7 star. You can check by looking at the training then coaches of your team click auto assign and you will see how many stars you have.
