Wayne\'o
Why is it only ever off side when we score. dont see no off sides pre shooting or missing a shot
uusinjsh
really? i have seen few. when my scorer goes one on one and then ref says he's offside before he shoots
backpackant
If you are watching on "key" highlight you only see off-sides when it's relevant, ie, a good goal chance or near miss. A goal being chalked off is the most obvious off-side hightlight but I get them when a free kick FROM the off-side decision results in a near goal or half-decent chance. glamdring
Oh believe me there are freakin hundreds of 'em! I watch Werder Bremen in full match mode most of the time and my lone striker is constantly being incorrectly called offside by a linesman who must be more dense than Wayne Rooney given that he is blatantly being man-marked goal side by a defender. Like others have said though, you don't see them on key highlights because it is highly unlikely that a player being called offside will become part of a key highlight unless they other team punt the freekick upfield and score from the same move or your team intercepts the freekick and moves forward to have a shot on goal.
