Nacho Novo, for example, has played enough and is considering. Do these players ever choose to play for the new country and is there any way I can influence the decision? In my game chelsea have an under 19 regen player who is Nigerian but he has England as a second nationality, he has been selected and played for the under 19's, but his nationality hasnt gone to English as yet. You can't really do much about it either, even if they do take citizenship that is no guarantee that you will be able to pick them, some players declare for a certain nation and other's try to hold out to get picked for their home nation.
