Iv choose the wrong player and 4 of my players either think they can do a better job or they should have been captain, the 2 players that think they shoul dbe captain only have 12 for influence and team-workrate etc Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd wait to see how the team does with the new captain. If he's at least adequate, you can go on for a season with him. If the performances aren't that good, I suggest changing at mid-season.
