LSD Posted August 6, 2008 Share Posted August 6, 2008 It's all about Licensing. You can't just go and put copyrighted/trademarked/registered material into the game. SI get permission of the respective teams, companies and governing bodies to use such material and as FIFA08 has the Eircom League, I'm guessing EA Sports have those rights.
